 The Farm of Beverly Hills makes its way downtown with a branch at the L.A. Live entertainment center that is convenient for dining before or after events at the nearby Staples Center or NOKIA Theater. Special to this location is a menu of bar bites like coconut shrimp and garlic fries, as well as fruit-focused martinis---blueberry, watermelon and tangerine, to name a few. Down-home classics like fried chicken, turkey meatloaf, steaks and barbecued ribs set the tone for entrées, although black and white sesame-crusted salmon with three sauces (wasabi, miso-honey-mustard and orange-hoisin) is among a few Cal-Asian dishes. Hearty old-fashioned breakfasts range from eggs Benedict to fruit crêpes to frittatas.
