This sophisticated 90-seat eatery sports white wainscoting, burgundy drapes, valences and booths, and striking flower arrangements, plus soothing music from a piano player nightly except Sunday. Veteran chef Chaz's menu includes such appetizers as chilled tiger prawns with Italian olives, tomatoes and roasted peppers, and smoked salmon pizza. Among the pastas are fettuccine with mushrooms, rock shrimp and pink vodka sauce, or with porcini mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, smoked chicken and prosciutto. A good entrée is the chicken Milanese with grilled eggplant. In season, they fly in stone crabs from Florida on Thursdays and Fridays. The tiramisu with Belgian cocoa is sublime. Fellini's has become somewhat of a hangout for entertainers, who often jump up to the piano bar and perform.
