 Modern Italian cuisine has found a home at Fiamma, where its sleek design fits in well with the contemporary dishes. At Fiamma's heart is the fireside lounge, ideal for pre-dinner or pre-show cocktails. Guests are greeted with a glass of bubbly prosecco as they peruse the menu. Pizzettes are perfect to share as a starter among the table, with simple toppings such as fresh tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella. Pastas are made fresh in-house daily. Fusilli carbonara is a favorite, as is the silky pappardelle with black truffle cream sauce and wild mushrooms. Signature items include gnocchi and lobster with crimini mushrooms. We never pass up the arancini---crispy, round risotto cakes filled with braised Kobe beef and topped with fresh tomato and cream sauce.
