| Barbecue purists will appreciate the “naked” meat and choice of sauces on each table to be added only as personal taste requires. One curious dish is the barbecue wrap, which enfolds pulled pork or chicken with mashed potatoes, creamed corn, coleslaw, red sauce and jalapeño cheddar all into a single handful. While ordering the sides separately is an option, it’s more of a challenge to the taste buds to mix them all together.
