Fins Tropicali Cuisine Restaurant Review: You can’t miss this brightly painted restaurant in downtown Bradley Beach with surfer attitude and its own “cuisine” called “TropiCali,” a composite word combining Southern California, Latino, island and Pacific Rim --- all elements to be found in a “mondo” menu of wraps, burritos, tacos, salads, "Finchiladas," smoothies and more. The feel is young and laid back; the food fresh but not especially generous. Still, the prices are good and the service comes with a smile. A Tiki taco --- teriyaki-seared tuna, seaweed salad and Mandarin sesame slaw --- makes a tasty lunch; Tahitian fish ‘n’ chips, coconut sesame tilapia fingers with a wasabi passion dipping sauce, is a nice dinner appetizer. Vegetarian fare as well as gluten-free options are offered, too. And everybody likes the fried ice cream. You can eat in, take out, or opt for beach delivery.
