Firegrill Restaurant & Bar Restaurant Review: Although each Firegrill outpost boasts a unique look and style, this location’s warm and welcoming atmosphere emanates from the huge fireplace in the middle of the room. The menu includes aged Angus steaks, baby-back ribs, gourmet burgers, pastas and salads. Rack of lamb rubbed with Dijon mustard served in red wine sauce is a particularly noteworthy dish. Although red meat offerings dominate, seafood shines as well --- consider the grilled Atlantic salmon filet with either teriyaki glaze or lemon butter-dill sauce, or the grilled shrimp dressed in pungent garlic butter.
