Firegrill Restaurant Restaurant Review: Although each Firegrill outpost boasts a unique look and style, this location’s warm and welcoming atmosphere emanates from the huge fireplace in the middle of the room. Beautifully aged Angus steaks, baby-back ribs, gourmet burgers, pastas and salads are served in a sleek, modern atmosphere. Rack of lamb rubbed with Dijon mustard served in red wine sauce is a particularly noteworthy dish. Although red meat dominates the menu, seafood shines here as well with offerings such as grilled Atlantic salmon filet served to the diner's preference with either teriyaki glaze or lemon butter-dill sauce and grilled shrimp dressed in pungent garlic butter. |
