This casual, whimsically named seafood house is long on value and generous of portion. The roomy, woody duplex has a glassed-in rear room overlooking a large and attractive garden. There are nautical decorative notes without going overboard to the net-and-starfish look. The fish is fresh and reasonable, clam chowder is terrific and the staff is ship-shape. The owner/chef has a sure hand with seasoning and a rich way with desserts, slathering some with real hot fudge, perfect bust-out to a calorie-counting fish meal.
