Select one of the grilled seafood items or sushi rolls from the top of the menu when you’re in the mood for something down to earth and easy to eat. If you’re hankering for something a bit more complex, check out the Texas take on bouillabaisse, a fish soup stocked with poblano peppers and cilantro. If you prefer the carnivorous side of the menu, the grilled beef tenderloin with onions, bell peppers, mushrooms and provolone cheese skyscraped on a hoagie roll is a good bet.
