Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar Restaurant Review: Fleming's menu covers all the steakhouse basics, but the real star of the show is the Prime, hand-cut beef; choose from rib-eye, filet and New York strip, all seared by intensely high-heat cooking to create a signature steakhouse crust. Sides, like chipotle cheddar mac ‘n’ cheese or creamed sweet corn, arrive in generous portions. Seafood is equally notable, such as seared scallops with a Meyer lemon-honey glaze or Alaskan crab legs with drawn butter. To end the meal on a sweet note, try the cheesecake. The wine list includes hard-to-find American boutique wines as well as national and international labels; as many as 100 are available by the glass, and there's an 80-label reserve list.
