Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar Restaurant Review: Fleming's is known for its Prime beef and steakhouse fare, but it’s equally celebrated for its wine program (100 vinos can be had by the glass alone). Appetizers, from sweet chile calamari to roasted mushroom ravioli, are mostly prepared with a light touch. One could easily make a meal from these alone, but it would be a shame to skip the meaty main attraction. Steaks range from an eight-ounce petite filet to a 22-ounce bone-in rib-eye; those, along with chops, poultry and a standout tuna mignon, hardly require the sizable side dishes. If you must indulge, choose Fleming’s potatoes made with cream, jalapeños and cheddar. To end the meal on a sweet note, try the cheesecake. |
