As a result, denizens frequent this spot with their families, giving Sandy Springs a much-needed family dining restaurant that serves good and good-for-you fare. The breakfasts, with biscuits (including whole-wheat), whole-grain pancakes, turkey sausage and grits, and the home-style cooking, with meatloaf and “pudge” (mashed potatoes with sun-dried tomato) are all part of the appeal. Barbara Juhan is the franchisee for this unit, and the founder, Delia Champion, has donated her original chef jacket to hang on the wall, a testament to her regard for this operation.
