The Flying Biscuit Cafe Restaurant Review: At the Sandy Springs unit of The Flying Biscuit Cafe, breakfasts feature the famous biscuits, pancakes, turkey sausage and grits. Turkey provides the foundation for the pot roast, the hash and the bacon, in addition to the meatloaf, although apple wood-smoked bacon is an option. Vegan and vegetarian customers will enjoy the tofu scramble, soy sausage and the barbecue tofu burrito. Southern touches include collard greens, oven-fried green tomatoes and pimento cheese, the latter underpinning the Southern Benedict. For dessert, try the chocolate "biscuit" bread pudding.
