Flying Fish Restaurant Review:
Flying Fish has moved nearby to The Star Casino into the former space of Osteria Balla Manfredi, featuring views across to the bay. Tasting menus as well as à la carte offerings are on offer. Enjoy fresh seafood from Australia and New Zealand with Asian flavors, including mud crab with XO or black pepper sauce, whole BBQ John Dory and a seafood platter loaded with oysters, spiced tuna with sesame, diamond clams, roast barramundi and more. It’s not all seafood though. Meat-eaters can indulge in a Wagyu skirt steak with melted leeks. Desserts seem simple but are tasty, such as charred lemon parfait.
