As colorful as a gypsy caravan and with the cook-driver decked out in flashy wizardly garb, the Fojol Bros. rolling food empire has captured the hearts of the young and hungry looking for an eccentric mealtime encounter. What’s more, in keeping with a business that describes itself as a “traveling culinary carnival,” Fojol Bros. offers exotic fare: several versions of chicken curry, various curried vegetables, lentils, rice, and assorted Ethiopian-influenced meats and vegetables wrapped up in injera bread. In addition, a Thai menu is available. Lines are long, so expect a wait. Zany as the whole setup is, remember that the “brothers” donate a portion of their revenue to at-risk youth programs.
