THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Fountain Court Restaurant Review:
The regional Chinese fare here is outstanding. A good way to start is with the Shanghai steamed buns filled with ginger-laced pork and herbs. The braised beef is redolent of five-spice powder, and the lions head is a well-executed classic: five browned balls of ground pork arranged over crunchy bok choy. Another standout is the plump prawns combined with rice wine, garlic, ginger and minced pork.
