The Four Seasons Restaurant, formerly located on East 52nd Street, has reopened on East 49th Street. This version, situated between Park and Madison Avenues, offers American cuisine for lunch and dinner. Diego Garcia is the executive chef, and the menu incorporates seasonal ingredients. Dishes include fluke crudo, sautéed foie gras with fig and date, fillet of bison Rossini, and Dover sole meunière. Pastries from chef Bill Yosses range from Pavlova with spiced ice cream and tangerine sorbet to a peaches and cream tart. Wine and cocktails are available.
