 In Santa Monica, the former Riva has morphed into Fraîche, a second location of the Culver City favorite formerly helmed by Jason Travi (who has left both locations). The kitchen dishes up Fraîche classics like the boudin noir lentils; expect new dishes, too, including foie gras terrine with prosciutto and black fig purée, and tagliatelle with lobster, as well as a revamped cocktail menu.
