Francois Miura Restaurant Review

: The décor is as minimal as François Miura's concise menu. The limited choices allow the chef to master his rather ambitious dishes. The delicately roasted scallops with butter sauce are delicious, and the fried striped bass works perfectly with a cabbage paupiette with pork shank. A fine dessert choice is the pear eau-de-vie soufflé served with warm chocolate. Fine selection of prix-fixe menus. Good choice of regional wines and plenty of half-bottles.
