THIS RESTAURANT HAS CHANGED LOCATIONS Fresh Cream Restaurant Review:

Here since 1978, this former star of the Peninsula has unfortunately failed to evolve. Menu reruns such as Dover sole and duckling are prepared well---but lack luster, need serious rethinking or should be retired altogether. Nothing wrong with a signature dish, but it’s time to bag the chocolate bag. Wine prices are high and service is inconsistent. The dining room could stand an update, too. We once referred to the interior as “posh,” but unfortunately, the restaurant is trapped in time, overshadowed by its harbor view. A whole lot of “fresh” needs to be put back in the cream.
