Get the name? Get the drift. Universal pasta. Wow, what an idea. Boring. Ok, yes, you can get pasta (or should we say noodles) every which way from Sunday here. Fusilli gets fused with ginger-braised pork and a habanero pesto. Gemelli pasta get whacked with chicken, corn, pepper and chiles. Or you can go with pad Thai or spring rolls or polenta. Let’s just call this place the Cheesecake Factory of pasta and leave it at that.
