Yet another tiny storefront Chinese restaurant with a giant menu and a great chef-owner. Clark Ho, from Hong Kong, makes luscious dishes such as lobster in sweet red sauce with garlic and ginger, deep-fried chicken wings stuffed with sticky rice, fish-cake stuffed squid, Chinese sausage with snow peas, and low-calorie scrambled egg whites over broccoli (which is a lot better than it sounds). Try Hos home-baked sesame-sprinkled pocket breads stuffed with stir-fried beef and vegetables.
