| Gamekeeper's Taverne, known for its game dishes, is both sophisticated and rustic in the same bite. Dinner entrées include seafood and pasta, but the main attraction is meat. Choose between chops, beef, elk and veal, prepared simply and with classic French leanings. Fire-grilled salmon is served with a buttery lobster cream sauce, while the grilled rib-eye arrives with smoky barbecue black beans. We also suggest the wild game meatloaf, paired with a light mushroom demi-glace. Add a glass of wine from the more than adequate list, or try a stiff martini alongside. Patrons can choose between an indoor, fireside or alfresco courtyard dining experience. |
