 This is a venture from Iron Chef Jose Garces, a fun combination of gourmet takeaway and sit-down restaurant. Peruse the market for Garces brand coffee, imported olive oils and house-made charcuterie from creative chef de cuisine Adam DeLosso, or take a seat and order Euro specialties including daily plats du jour for two with choices such as cassoulet or whole grilled bronzino. Pizza, pasta, salads and straightforward grilled selections combine for an expansive menu overall. A swank liquor boutique onsite offers wine and spirits to pair with your meal. Breads and pastries also make the Trading Company a great morning stop.
