 Garces Trading Company Restaurant Review: This is a venture from Iron Chef Jose Garces, a fun combination of gourmet takeaway and sit-down restaurant. Peruse the market for Garces brand coffee, imported olive oils and house-made charcuterie from creative chef de cuisine Adam DeLosso, or take a seat and order Euro specialties including daily plats du jour or the house specialty: steak frites with choice of sauce au poivre vert, béarnaise or bordelaise. Pizzas --- both thin-crust and deep-dish styles --- pasta, salads and straightforward grilled selections combine for an expansive menu overall. A swank liquor boutique onsite offers wine and spirits to pair with your meal, or you may choose directly from the restaurant's own list of wine, beer and spirits.
