Geales Restaurant Review:

This attractive fish restaurant is popular throughout the year but particularly in summer when the tables spill out onto the pavement and the area’s favorite pastime of people-watching comes into its own. Starters are topnotch: organic smoked salmon, smoked eel with potato salad and dill dressing, classic Caesar salad with prawns. But despite the tempting mains of lobster tagliatelle or even sirloin steak, the main point here is fish in batter, cod, sole or haddock, though of a first-rate kind and freshly caught off Cornwall. And the chips are real treats. There’s a posh Champagne bar to please the locals and the black and grey décor is a chic setting for them.
