About the shop: Three young Italians started gelato-go in Miami Beach and have since expanded with locations throughout Florida and the Los Angeles area. They pride themselves on making artisanal gelato and sorbet with fresh Italian ingredients and seasonal fruits --- and they should, as these are some of the best ice creams and sorbets we’ve ever tasted.
Likes: Ice creams and sorbets taste like they are made at home.
Dislikes: Might not be close to where you live (but they deliver).
About the food: Ice cream lovers might encounter flavors like tiramisu, pistachio, dulce de leche, passion fruit and limoncello among the 23 choices. While you are in the shop, you should also try the homemade pastries (crostata di frutta, tiramisu), sandwiches (croissant with ham and mozzarella) and small pizzas. Coffee is served, so, of course it is Italian. For an even more Italian experience, try the affogato al café, a mix of vanilla gelato with Italian coffee. Other locations; delivery service and catering are available.
