Genki Sushi

Genki Sushi Restaurant Review:

Not as grand as its sibling locations, this eatery is still stylish and well-suited to the area, featuring a well-lit dining area and comfortable seating. Overall, it’s fast and family-friendly. Sushi is placed on color-coded dishes to indicate prices, and then paraded past tables on a conveyor belt. Diners view selections, and choose from whatever appealing roll trundles by; a menu is also available for more complex dishes. Wait for another spin of the belt if it holds the tempura maki, oyster fry, tofu croquette, ahi poke, California roll, spicy tuna or tako. The sushi is good quality although the offerings are standard fare and not terribly creative or exciting.
