Georgia Diner Restaurant Review: In the suburbs, finding post-midnight fare can be difficult, but Georgia Diner makes it happen. Breakfast is served around the clock, including Greek-style omelets with feta, pancakes and waffles. Southerners will applaud the nicely salty country ham, and the grits are decent, if not at the top of the charts. Coffee, including the decaf, is good as well. Burgers, sandwiches, salads and some Greek specialties round out the menu every day. Daily specials might be beef liver and onions or country-fried steak, properly breaded, fried and served with mashed potatoes and gravy. A substantial green salad or soup accompanies specials. Vegetarian’s needs also are addressed. Cheesecake is made in-house.
