New York restaurateur Geoffrey Zakarian is behind Georgie and The Garden Bar at Montage Beverly Hills. The restaurant serves modern American fare ranging from Dover sole with morels and pickled ramps to Moroccan spiced lamb shank to New York strip steak. It is still in need of a little work, so the experience can get better (both savory and desserts).
