The fresh ginger ale, the mix of fries (yellow potatoes, yams and taro) and some of the noodle dishes have remained, but Ginger Island has grown into a very good contemporary restaurant with Asian flavors. The most popular dinner entrées are the grilled Cambodian duck with asparagus salad, baby back ribs and Szechuan roast chicken with wasabi mashers. Don’t miss the ginger cake with orange cream.
