Glazed and Infused Restaurant Review

: Mia Francesca’s Scott Harris is behind this donut shop, anchored with a wood-decked West Loop address. Part of a growing trend, its sweet treats are the type hipsters line up to taste. With cake and yeast options that include a smoky maple-bacon long john and a fluffy raspberry jam-filled Bismark, topped with crunchy peanut butter glaze, we understand. Upon learning there’s a Krispy Kreme vet and former Charlie Trotter’s pastry chef involved, it makes even more sense. Its siblings are at 1553 N. Damen Ave. and 201 E. Delaware Place.
