Goose Island Brewery Restaurant Review:
This locale of the brewery-restaurant combo is spacious, casual and noisy. The food is solid, but the house-brewed and cask-conditioned beers are even better. Good accompaniments include an artisanal cheese and charcuterie platter or malted sea salt wort bread with honey butter and bacon jam. On a more substantial scale, we can never pass up the Cuban sandwich and Honker’s Ale-battered walleye. Take a brewery tour on Saturdays and Sundays, but be sure to reserve space in advance.
