THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant Restaurant Review

: Originally founded in Palo Alto in 1988, Gordon Biersch is now a national and international brewery chain. Young professionals frequent the bar and restaurant with its hearty, sometimes spicy pub fare. Food is designed to stand up to Gordon Biersch's German-style beers, and it isn't bad: mostly shareable plates such as tacos, pizzas, sandwiches and good burgers, including one served with Marzen (a signature beer) barbecue sauce. Bigger appetites will be satisfied by dishes such as the New York strip steak, while a selection of pastas and stir-fries add variety to the menu. The noise level can be deafening, but for Gordon Biersch's habitu├ęs, that's part of the attraction.
