This establishment is a lucky find, indeed (a feng shui master will tell you how desirable the number 8 is). It offers a pleasant blend of authentic regional cuisine with only minor concessions for the American palate. Our favorites: giant sea scallops in lemon sauce, Mongolian lamb, lobster in black-bean sauce and a stellar sesame beef. The dining rooms are casual, yet tastefully appointed, and service is exceptionally gracious. Also located at 230 N. San Fernando Blvd., Burbank, 818-848-8688.
