Graeter's Restaurant Review: Graeter’s still makes ice cream the old-fashioned way. French pots produce small batches of dense, rich ice cream --- no air is incorporated. The seasonal obsession is the cake batter fudge brownie with its chewy chunks of brownie. If it's a hit, it could become a permanent flavor, like the blueberry pie. Be sure to try the signature black raspberry chip with chunks of chocolate that look more like boulders. If you just can't decide, try a spoonful for free or order the sampler with three mini cones. Then, decide what to take home in a dry-ice travel pack. |
