Dining room at The Grand Tier Restaurant, New York, NY

The Grand Tier Restaurant, part of the Patina Restaurant Group, offers pre-curtain and intermission dining for Lincoln Center ticketholders. The dining room is expansive, with high ceilings and sparkling light fixtures. Chef Umberto Montano, of Alle Murate in Florence, designed the menu of northern Italian cuisine; executive chef Jeff Raider continues Montano's vision while at the same time providing his own flourishes. The menu includes dishes like crispy Maryland soft-shell crabs with wax bean and red onion salad; sautéed sea scallops with Cabernet-marinated beets, blood orange, and citrus-scented mashed potatoes; and roasted filet of beef, stuffed artichoke, and pecorino and potato gratin.
