It’s challenging to create a menu that suits meat lovers, vegans and everyone in-between, but Graze Kitchen has done just that. It also manages to keep fried food to the bare minimum (french fries and sweet potato fries only) --- not an easy task in fried fish territory. In addition, most of the ingredients for the house-made fare are organic, sustainable and locally sourced whenever possible. Dishes include the San Marzano tomato soup, the Morro Bay fresh-catch tacos with chipotle tartar sauce, and the inventive "Tsunami Burger" comprising lean beef with ginger and garlic, topped with slaw and red pepper aïoli and served on a brioche bun. For dessert, dive into any of the treats, such as a peanut swirl brownie or a seasonal fruit crisp. Craft beer is on tap or bottled, and local wines are available by the taste, glass and bottle.
