Start with a quinoa sushi roll, hummus or a quesadilla, before moving on to Provençal-style grilled tofu, curries or a healthy take on fettuccine Alfredo. Organic carrot cake or chocolate cheesecake are offered for dessert. Most dishes are attractively presented and the dining room is appealing, even stylish, which makes Green Earth a good spot for strict vegans or occasional vegetarians alike.
