The Green Olive is a relaxed, informal, neighbourhood restaurant where pale walls, wood floors and neatly adorned tables set the scene for competent cooking. Fish is a particular delight here, as in smoked swordfish carpaccio with pomegranate and sultanas; lamb is roasted to tenderness. Desserts play classic Italian; the ices being particularly good. Service is charming and willing.
