Tucked away in a suburban strip mall, Green Papaya boasts the area's most extensive selection of Vietnamese fare, served against a casually upscale backdrop with a recurring bamboo motif. Especially recommended are fish simmered in caramel sauce, grilled beef with sesame and lemongrass, seafood-stuffed peppers, Vietnamese crêpes and beef fondue with vinegar. It's hard to go wrong here, though, whether you opt for delicate, translucent-skinned summer rolls or a steaming, fragrant bowl of beef noodle soup.
