Grille 66 & Bar Restaurant Review: This elegant restaurant in the Hyatt Regency Pier Sixty-Six has striking views of the dock and Intracoastal attracting power players of the region, many arriving by mega yacht. One side of the menu offers traditional steakhouse cuts of aged Prime beef plus hefty pork and lamb chops, along with predictable à la carte sides (creamed spinach, loaded baked potato). The other side offers chef Michael Siegel’s seafood specialties such as pan-seared scallops with truffled creamed corn with Maine lobster or oysters with cucumber mango salsa, plus a few pasta dishes. Dessert is carrot cake with pineapple-rum coulis or seasonal berries and whipped cream. The comprehensive, pricey wine list includes 800 selections, some by the half bottle or glass.
