Featuring Hong Kong cuisine, a milder version of Cantonese cooking, the menu spotlights fresh seafood, lots of stir-frying, and the use of tropical fresh fruits less common in the cooler, northern provinces. We also recommend the crystal jumbo shrimp, salt-baked three kings of seafood (shrimp, scallops, squid), and deep-fried filet of fish with a mild lemon sauce. You can have spicy lobster Szechuan-style, simply steamed tilapia, or the chicken egg foo yung of youthful memories. A tank of live fish guarantees freshness.
