Hale Vietnam Restaurant Restaurant Review: Vietnamese cuisine aficionados will find this food just acceptable. The soups lack the depth of flavor one expects from the traditional slow-cooking methods and they are almost always served at a lukewarm temperature, which is disconcerting when one expects the broth to steam the accompanying vegetables and herbs. On the other hand, they have a light hand with fried dishes and the more substantial main dishes include barbecue chicken or pork plates, curries, and a full range of vegetarian entrées. |
