A step up from the more ubiquitous fast-food eateries, this Glendale institution is convenient for mall rats or those in need of a quick bite. This is a reliable place for a juicy charbroiled burger, with options from a standard double cheeseburger to the "Grand Central," a beef patty topped with sliced pastrami, mustard, tomato, pickle and grilled onions. In addition, there are plump burritos, hot dogs and soft tacos. Of course, no meal like this would be complete without a side of onion rings or thick-coated chili cheese fries. There's even a selection of salads, albeit small, for the health-conscious.
