 Make Hampton's an evening's destination, and begin by exploring the meticulously planned grounds of the Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village. The serene atmosphere is complemented by Chinese art, hand-painted frescoes, antiques, marble and mahogany. Find the same elegant décor at Hampton's, the hotel's fine dining restaurant, which opens onto a flower garden, a lavish lawn and waterfall. Chef de cuisine Richard Hoffman prepares Mediterranean cuisine that showcases local ingredients. Dishes include chilled tomato gazpacho with local blue crab, organic mushroom risotto with veal sweetbreads, crispy branzino with saffron couscous, and grass-fed filet of beef with artichoke mousseline. Desserts include basil-scented strawberries, chocolate-espresso budino and orange crespelle.
