It used to be cool (for us as teenagers at least) to collect a T-shirt from every Hard Rock we had been too. Particularly snazzy was the Amsterdam version. Nowadays, we just visit to check out the stylish Japanese tourists, the memorabilia, the energetic rock and roll and the lively bar. The food is surprisingly good such as the succulent lime-grilled chicken, juicy burgers, chili and apple pie à la mode.
