 Harry & Izzy's Restaurant Review: This popular downtown American grill, little sister of the famed St. Elmo Steak House, has made a name for itself. Offering a tony vibe and lengthy, focal-point bar, it's where locals, tourists and visiting VIPs merge. They go for the hype, atmosphere, prime rib sandwich, Tuscan brick oven-baked pizza and shrimp cocktail with its wallop of a spirited sauce. Dinner offerings include a house-smoked pork chop and the Izzy filet mignon. In a hurry before the game?
