THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS CLOSED There is no better way to start the day than with a light, fluffy Belgian waffle with fresh berries, or a scampi omelet with hollandaise sauce, hash browns and a Bloody Mary, overlooking the tranquil waters of Maui's west side, as well as the island of Lanai. Hecocks also has a limited sandwich-and-salads lunch menu, in addition to a late-afternoon happy hour menu. Dinner features a variety of soups, salads, pastas, steaks and local seafood entrées, live lobster and seafood picatta---prawns, scallops and mahi mahi in beurre blanc. Prices are comparable to other Front Street restaurants, but are made more than reasonable due to bonus viewing access to the A Feast at Lele's hula show. After dinner, Hecocks turns into a lively bar for Lahaina's late-night crowd.
