Bright, fun and dirt-cheap, Hi Ricky's serves satay, noodles, soups and curries, including an excellent Vietnamese bun pho soup. The satay sampler just about covers a taste of all the satay choices available, and Indonesian nasi goreng with shrimp is very nice for anyone who loves rice. The décor is kind of contemporary, which puts some purists off, but that's the way the fortune cookie crumbles.
