The Hill Seafood & Chophouse Restaurant Review: The Hill Seafood & Chophouse offers dishes like caramelized diver scallops as well as steaks, braised short ribs and smoked cheddar macaroni and cheese. Dinners include white bean salad, house-baked bread, soup or salad and vegetable. Sandwiches and burgers are available at both lunch and dinner for those who prefer to keep things simple. Light dining options include lamb sliders and there are gluten-free items as well. White, red and sparkling wines are available by the glass, while the by-the-bottle offerings are extensive and the Reserve list holds rare finds. The knock-out dessert is the Detroit classic Sanders Hot Fudge Cream Puff, but the house-made gelato is on par. Staff is efficient and friendly.
