As you might guess, this Japanese eatery is all about the food, and if you hit it right when the buffet line is open, it's all about a lot of food, including all-you-can-eat sushi (watch the busy chefs chopping and folding at the sushi bar) and a smattering of Chinese dishes and noodles. If you are not particularly sushi-mad, then your best bet is to order from the menu, where you can find the typical Japanese big dishes of tempura, katsu, teriyaki and yosenabe. We figure the best way to mix and match is to start with the beef tataki and end up with the super-size chirashi, a big bowl of vinegared rice topped with raw fish cutlets.
